From finance and fitness to real estate, design, hospitality, and tech: the method is built for practical knowledge work.

Example workflows
RFP process
You already have good templates, but every RFP asks for the same answers in a new requirements matrix. An agent can read the requirements, pull from your knowledge base, and draft the first mapped response.
Email follow-ups
The hard part is not writing one email. It is remembering the context, tone, promise, and next step every time. An agent can turn notes into follow-ups that are ready for a human check.
Task briefs
Teams lose time when work starts from a vague Slack thread. An agent can turn the messy context into a clear brief with owner, goal, constraints, examples, and acceptance criteria.
Training guides
The process lives in someone's head, and onboarding keeps repeating the same explanations. An agent can turn call notes and SOPs into a guide people can actually use.
Marketing campaigns
Campaigns often start from scattered ideas, old assets, and a rushed calendar. An agent can assemble the brief, draft angles, repurpose proof, and build the launch checklist.
Actionable meeting transcripts
A transcript is useful only if it becomes decisions, risks, owners, and next steps. An agent can turn the raw conversation into a clean action brief before the momentum disappears.
Client onboarding
Every new client needs the same setup, but the details are always slightly different. An agent can collect the inputs, spot gaps, and prepare the internal handoff.
Sales prep
Before a call, people scramble through notes, websites, CRM fields, and old emails. An agent can prepare the account brief, likely needs, objections, and smart questions.
Why now
For three years, agentic AI mostly looked like an engineering pattern: frameworks, SDKs, and demos. Useful if you wrote code. Distant if you didn't.
AI tools are finally mature enough for professionals to delegate real work. What still separates useful adoption from novelty is method. You need to choose the right workflow, structure the context, direct the agent, and turn one good run into something reusable.
Offer stack
The value is not another course library or a list of homework deliverables. It is one live day where the method, the map, the first reusable workflow asset, and the momentum come together while the context is fresh.
Know what to delegate and what to keep human-led.
$500
Turn one repeatable pain point into a clear process.
$650
See if the workflow is worth automating now.
$450
Give agents the context to produce useful work.
$600
See messy inputs become reusable agent work.
$500
Apply the method while the context is fresh.
$750
Leave with the foundation of a workflow you can reuse.
$950
Know what to map, build, and test next.
$300
Keep implementation from disappearing into later.
$295
Save countless hours by delegating repeatable work to agents over time.
Invaluable

Practical leverage for only
$899
* The included value reflects the kind of operating model, workflow mapping, opportunity assessment, delegation brief, working asset, accountability, and action plan that teams often hire a consultant to work through over multiple sessions. Here, you get it together in one live, in-person day while the context is fresh.

Why us

Co-founder · Engineer & Lead Instructor
Alex leads the method and instruction. He translates how engineers direct agents into a practical operating approach for real business work.
Stop prompting. Start orchestrating.

Co-founder · High-tech veteran & Operator
Pierre brings the operator lens. A high-tech veteran, he knows how service businesses scale and where AI creates leverage without adding noise.
Operator-first. Hype-resistant.
The Orientic Framework™
Make invisible work explicit: processes, knowledge, owners, and bottlenecks.
Choose the right work to automate by scoring value, feasibility, risk, and autonomy.
Turn prompts into reusable workflows with context, handoffs, quality gates, and skills.
Keep adoption accountable with policy, roles, audit trails, literacy, and improvement loops.
Common questions
No. This is for people who run work, lead teams, serve clients, or own repeatable business processes. Engineers may recognize the patterns quickly, but the tools have adapted enough that founders, operators, managers, and knowledge workers can now orchestrate real work without turning the session into a coding class.
Yes. Bring a laptop running macOS or Windows so you can set up and use the tools properly on your own computer. An iPad or Chromebook is not sufficient for the session, although either can be useful later for remotely checking in on agents after the desktop setup is done.
Bring a repeatable, standardized pain point that costs time, creates rework, or depends on a lot of context. It does not need to be the fanciest process in the business. Often the best candidate is a boring recurring workflow like RFPs, reporting, research, email follow-ups, onboarding, task briefs, training guides, marketing campaigns, or meeting transcripts.
We do not sell AI software as a service. We teach you to get more leverage from the tools you may already have, like Claude Cowork, OpenAI Codex, and Microsoft Copilot Cowork. Alumni have found that their existing subscriptions are enough to delegate substantial repeatable work and save many hours per week.
You will receive your enrollment confirmation and the pre-session prep so you arrive with the right workflow ready to build from.
